Mary MacKillop Catholic Regional College is a Co-educational Secondary College in Leongatha with approximately 580 students. The College is ideally located on a spacious section of land on the edge of Leongatha overlooking the rolling South Gippsland countryside, with only a 90-minute drive to Melbourne and 20 minutes to the picturesque coast of Inverloch it is an ideal location for anyone considering relocating to the area.

Our College is part of the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited and operates under the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited Schools and Secretariat Agreement 2022 (Agreement). 

It is a requirement that all teachers of the College have a current National Criminal Record Check through the Victorian Institute of Teaching and for non-teaching staff a Police Check and a Working with Children Check (employer) prior to commencement of employment.

It is a condition of employment that all employees of the College be suitable to work with children and adhere to the Child Safety Code of Conduct and Child Protection Policy.

Leongatha is situated approximately 130 kms South-East of Melbourne. Students attend the College from South Gippsland and Bass Coast shires. Wilson’s PromontoryPhillip Island and Mt. Baw Baw are among the nearby attractions.
